At the beginning of the month, we experience the final break/awakening/breakthrough of our Uranus in Pisces journey, where it's been since 2003. We would have gained some spiritual insight, creative intuition, or liberation in our Pisces house all these years.

Next year we all start a new Uranus cycle when it moves permanently into the sign of Aries for eight years.  We have gotten a tiny taste of the new energy coming our way, when Jupiter and Uranus linked up at zero Aries on June 8th. We know our lives have to change and yet, may not know in what ways. 

So we are allowed to wallow in the Pisces (victim/self-sacrificing mode) through the end of the year, if we choose. Come January, fire is king and inspiration and freedom will be the catchwords for some time to come. In the meantime, notice what happens around the 6th of the month, when uranus moves direct for its final pass here — you have spent the last 7 years getting to this place:

LIBRA--a whole new way to live life, with more spiritual intent

SAGITTARIUS--you're living in a different place, literally or figuratively 

CAPRICORN--access to greater speaking powers 

AQUARIUS--financial shifts and new ways of making money 

PISCES--you have dropped the doormate sign

A number of inner planets are moving into the sign of Capricron this month, with Mars, Mercury and the Sun shifting from the playful exuberance and outspokenness of Sagittarius into the more taciturn and get down to business energy of Capricorn. And early on, Mercury turns retrograde at 5 Capricorn on December 10th.

This degree is sensitive as it corresponds to the cardinal cross pileup of the summer and may reawaken or put an exclamation point on events that were occuring around the June 26th eclipse.
