There's nothing like a stodgy white guy talking about rape, and "legitimate rape," at that.

You know, "legitimate rape" as opposed to "illegitimate rape"—'cuz most women just exaggerate the "facts" anyway. 

You know, "legitimate rape" as in the kind of rape that your body miraculously "shuts down from" in order to prevent pregnancy. 

You know, "legitimate rape" as that inconsequential assault of one's being, as opposed to "illegitimate rape" which, being "illegitimate," doesn't "really count."

But, lest I fill GOP Senate hopefully Todd Adkin's mouth with too many words (in addition to his foot which is still lodged in there), here's the man speaking for himself:

Adkin, who is currently one of the hundreds of idiotic white men in Congress, doesn't think rape is a factor in deciding the ethical and legal basis for an abortion. All abortion should be illegal. Punto.

And that's your Monday morning eyeroll.
