Well, here it is kids: the "I Kissed a Girl" video from tomorrow night's super-sapphic episode of Glee. While we here at Velvetpark are not alone in expressing a general "meh" response to this song choice-- it's trite, it's poser-ish, it's aimed firmly at the teen male gaze in its exploration of sweet lady kisses, and we still wish they'd chosen Jill Sobule's version instead-- it's still awfully sweet to see all the girls of gleeville jumping on the lady train to support Santana, and generally showing that they don't think it's a big deal to get some sweet lady kisses on. There may even be a few genuinely sexy moments in there (and I'm definitely voting for more Pezberry duets in the future, cause, dayyyyum). What do you think, bois & grrlz?
