Hapa Hour: Summer Pairings, Grilled Chicken & Frangelico Martini

Nothing like BBQ-ing with friends! Here's a chicken recipe for all (warm weather) occasions and a hibachi, sticky chicken wings and martini's. (What don't martini's pare well with?) Enjoy!

Sticky Chicken Wings
Serves 4

4 pounds chicken wings
1/4 c plum sauce
1/4 c hoisin sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 500°. Lightly oil a large rimmed baking sheet and spread the chicken wings out on it. Pour the plum and hoisin sauce over the wings and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, and toss again. Roast the wings for about 30 minutes on the top shelf of the oven, until well browned and crisp. Keep warm until serving.

Frangelico martini

Equal parts of Frangelico and vodka.
Shake and serve in a martini glass garnished with a chocolate rim.
