Tina Fey Does "Crisis Control" on 30 Rock

Tina Fey "can-do-no-wrong," and her tackling of the "Tracy Morgan issue" from last year (in which Morgan offended the entire GLAAD community...implicitly, here, I'm saying that not every gaymo was offended—I wasn't) on last night's episode 30 Rock was one part genius, one part hilare:

Okay that was funny...

Not the Mr. Shortarms part, the Criss part.  But honestly, most of the time I just find this show annoying.
