Stretch, Relax, Breathe: Shiatsu Points

Good morning and Happy Hanukah! Its been a little while, but before you all break for the holidays I wanted give you the last video in my "Office Series". Today I'm going to show you a few shiatsu points, which will help you alleviate common symptoms of stress such as head aches, constipation, anger, and muddled thinking.

Shiatsu, for those of you unfamiliar with it, is a kind of massage which was developed in Japan. It has become such an integrated from of medical therapy in that country that its licensed by the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare.

What we forget in our day to day living is that our body absorbs stress, until we hit a breaking point — then we reach for a pill to hide a symptom. What I'm showing you here is how to heal yourself, and prevent the aliment. These methods can be done anywhere at anytime!
