OK organinc LesFriends, I need your advice. I bought some organic "no stir" peanutbutter that has a puddle of oil on the top. Do I pour it off?
Beside, i don't think its "no stir" PB is naturally like this, its food industry who add stuff to keep it homogenate.

I haven't bought organic PB before but when I buy the natural stuff it definitely has to be stirred or the remaining PB is dry (as Yonks said) and doesn't spread well at all.

Personally, i mix it otherwise the bottom of the jar is pretty dry.
