Reality is the air we breathe, the cool water we drink. The sun that rises, and the moon that feeds our dreams.... Reality, is the humanity we share with those who's reality is thick from loss and fear. My 'reality' is the first breath of the morning that awakens my heart to feel, experience, and give.
Reality = real life.
It's what we live, not what we want or feel we need. Reality is crops growing from the abundance of sunshine the earth is blessed with. Reality is the rich texture of love for those lucky enough to be open to it. Reality is balance: Good and bad, right and wrong, love and pain, receiving and losing, smiling and frowning, laughing and crying. Reality is what happens in spite of our desires..... Reality is there, right in front of us every moment of our lives. If we open our eyes, reality can be pure enlightenment.

Fake 'real' TV shows -
that I can sit and stare at for hours on end, even though I'm fully aware the 'random' life situations are totally planned.
I've even noticed they are throwing in people/dates who are clearly hired actors (and not very good ones) ... Denise Richard's show anyone?
These shows (of course) counteract all the serious, worrying documentaries and media I absorb daily :-)
