What?!?!

God forbid the train hit the eagle....and the symbolic display of his lifeless body on the front of The Eagle, BUT! How about the govt investigates how Amtrak sleeping rooms that are supposed to be out of service get sold anyway...with an attendant button that doesn't work while the door knob to the shower/toilet room falls off....and the attendant on The City of New Orleans has a bad back so an 82 yr old woman is helping herself on the train....and her not yet 82 yr old daughter (with the help of an older not yet 82 yr old woman) has to lug two suitcases up the stairs...and then sleep in the same 3/4 size bed with her mom cause the dude doesn't even want to put the top bunk down! But hey! Let's give that side ways look and shake our finger at an engineer that didn't slam on the brakes for a bird and send hundreds of people from their seats to the floor!

Our govt never ceases to amaze me about things they deem need investigating.

Someplace with a lake or a river and a canoe and sunshine and a houseboat and friendly people.

Money is not so much the problem as time.  The perfect vacation must be without a terribly strict schedule of when you must rush back by.
