Megan Fox. I don't understand what's so great about her, and her biphobia is unreal. Just like her. I feel she's incredibly fake and she is simply famous because of the pant bulge when she walks on screen.

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this weirdness. Often after my computer runs Dell's automatic updates, I have a hard time getting onto the site for a while. I am abel to get onto other sites, just not this one. Just happened and I had to try about 5 times before it let me in. Weird.
I've got the Studio 17 laptop with Vista 64-bit. This seems more like a browser or firewall setting, or you may have just caught the site when it or the host service were down for maintenance?
I myself don't use Dell's update, except once when I first bought this one last April, since manufacturer updates often conflict with Windows updates, especially device drivers and browser add-ons. If the problem recurs, try using the System Restore to undo the last update prior to having the problem, and see if that helps. If you don't know how, use the Help index to find it, and then start the wizard. It's pretty straight forward, won't hurt anything, and can be undone fairly easily.
Mine is an OLD inspirion. I have tried it with 3 different virus/firewall programs and found the AVG gives me the fewest glitches. Unfortunately, I don't have the administrative code to stop Dell updates altogether. I can put them on virtual hold, but then they cause a lot of run time problems asking me for permission to install. Its a pain. Wierd thing is, since I started using AVG, this is the only site I have trouble getting into after updates.
Do you have AVG LinkScanner Active Surf Shield turned on? If so, turn it off while on the site, it may be having an issue with one or more links (ads, news links, user links, etc). You can later figure out how to get into the parental settings and tell it to not interfere with this site.
Also, if you previously had ZoneAlarm, there is a known bug caused by ZoneAlarm and how it interacts with Active Surf Shield. You will need to make sure you completely uninstall ZoneAlarm, or turn off Active Surf Shield.
Most I know who have AVG end up just disabling LinkScanner altogether, because it tends to "hang" without explanation, though the software is doing it because it doesn't like something about a link on the page, email, or file you are trying to download.
Let me know if this helps, if not, I'll dig into it further and PM you.
As far as I know I am not running any parental controls, just a standard med. level security with gaming disabled. I have also specifically named this site, and a couple of others that it has queried, as safe. Also, if it was a setting in AVG, I would think it would be a problem after AVG updates, rather than Del updates. Still, I appreciate the help and will run a search for the Active Surf Shield and see what it gives me.
I recommend Macs myself. On my fifth one. I bought this MacBook from the Apple Store, it was a refurb but came with full manufacturer's warranty. Got it for under a grand and it's awesome. I think I've had it for 3 years now. No problems. Still fast. I do install any upgrades that Apple sends my way. Since the software is written by the same folks who build the hardware everything just works.

The kid pretty much has me talked into going that route when this one finally gives up the ghost. Only draw back I can see is that she has had problems with the power source (battery/connection cable) on 2, or is it 3? Not sure.
The power supply on my tangerine iBook died on me and I had to replace it (the cord broke at a weak point). I tripped over the cord on my power supply to my white iBook and ripped it out of the machine, breaking it at the same time. The newer ones (like my black MacBook here) have a power cord that is held onto the machine with a magnet. Awesome.
As to batteries (and this is true for cellphones, computers, pretty much any tech stuff with batteries) is that you have to mix it up. If you leave them plugged in all the time they die quickly. The atoms inside have to be jostled occasionally by changing it up and by completely draining them about once a month. Then they last a really long time. My iPod's battery is still going strong after 5 years. This computer's battery is still solid.

She tends to run on battery a lot, and reminds me to let things run close to all the way down the first couple of times so the whole battery activates, so I don't think that is a problem. She had one power cord that just stopped working and 2 otheres that left a metal piece insied when she unpluged it at the computer end. They are supposed to have fixed that problem, but now may have fragility/cracking issues with the outside casing of certain laptops. The good thing is that they tend to just fix or replace stuff and when it is running, you don't end up banging your head on lack of connection and error messages. As with most things, there are trade offs.
Well, I've had no such problems. Other than overheating batteries I haven't heard of other folks reporting that as an ongoing issue and I tend to read a lot of posts at a lot of sites that have high levels of Mac users. It's not enough to just run the battery down the first couple of times. You have to do it monthly and you have to unplug the computer from the wall periodically (maybe once a week or so) so that it stirs up the chemicals in the battery and makes them work.

Well, I really have no idea because this Fall I have fallen behind in being over exposed to celebrity. So, I did what any info geek does. I googled "over exposed celebrity."
That led me to a story on Anything Hollywood in which Megan Fox states that she has been over exposed lately.
However, since I have no idea who is Megan Fox, she has not been over exposed to me...yet,
She's the girl from the Transformer movies. Maybe it's Shia LeBouef who's overexposed, between Transformers and Indiana Jones. Anyhow, Megan's like a young Angelina- a little wild.
