FYI, Working in a library around the holidays is deadly...cookies, brownies, chocolate, cinnamon rolls, spice cake, spinach dip and chips and nuts are everywhere....and they don't stop coming for weeks. There should be a national law banning all sweets and pastries from libraries and there should be a treadmill at every desk.
The Library & IT department hosted their annual Holiday lunch today. They always invite our department. It was yum, yum, yummy. I wore my Reindeer antlers for festive attire.

Thanks Robin. Okay, I just googled her, which I guess I could have done earlier! (She doesn't do much for me I have to say....) Motor sports are one of the few sports that I have absolutely no interest in - as you say, driving around in circles for hours, jeezy....
You know, the first time I saw her was in a Go Daddy ad where she was unzipping he jacket suggestively (and not wearing anything underneath) so I think that's all I ever really remember. Boobs can tend to hypnotize.
It's bitter cold here again. One day it's 50 degrees, then it's 18 with a wind child of 5 below. I'm kind of looking forward to our first really big snow.
Four days ago we hit 50 below (no wind chill included), but today it is back up to 10 below and everything feels sunny and balmy warm. Or maybe my brain just froze.
The spit test isn't 100% accurate, but if its colder than 30 below, the snot freezes in your nose. (Gross, but true...) At 50 below a running car engine will steam (like your breath does) even though the radiator is not broke or anything.
No girlfriend (or other attachment), still working on coming out of the closet. There are a lot of complications with this and having a girlfriend right now would be one more.
It's 1 degree C here today! I guess that's not too bad in relation to what you get though! The snow won't settle today but it did look really pretty earlier on.
NASCAR is no longer just for the boys, lol. Patrick's been talking for a while about heading over to NASCAR part time (she still wants to do Indy). Looks like she's finally doing it! Woohoo!
It's a hell of a jump for her. But I just think she might want to be a little careful and not step on any egos to hard. It's still a boys town and they will be sour as hell if a girl beats them.
I hope she stomps all over those misogynist egos, and I'm pretty sure her sponsors will want her to as well. I am sooo looking forward to Daytona, since word is the boys are talking smack about how NASCAR is "too tough for women."
