In case you missed internet star Zach Wahls' impassioned defense of his family at the DNC. He could have had a better opening line, the toilet seat thing just isn't that funny... I've had a few straight male roomies who actually never left the seat up it also wasn't a subject that ever came up. I'm sure someone thought that was a cute and non-threatening way to talk about LESBIAN moms. A missed opportunity to actually say something more meaningful about having two moms.

But I give him a big pass for sticking it to Romney's stepford-normativity.
