Private: Rigged Outfitters Photography by Sarah Baley

Back in the Summer of 2004 I had the privilege of spending time with Parisa Parnian. She would visit me at our craft booth at the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival and we'd shoot the breeze. I asked her if she would "style" a fashion shoot for us. What transpired in the following months was dramatically different. In a short two months Parisa conceived of a full line of clothing she named "Rigged Outfitters" catering to the butch aesthetic.

It's with pride that I can say Velvetpark was the first magazine to feature the Rigged line. Since that time Rigged clothing has been seen on The L Word, featured in Curve, Girlfriends and GO magazines as well as the PlanetOut website.
